The signing and execution of a Memorandum of  Understanding (MOU) on 24th February 2026 in Melbourne, Australia between ATTAR and Silver Wolf Projects signifies the formal professional collaborative agreement to deliver integrated solutions (preparation of repair specifications, management of Building Applications, cost estimation for demolition and reinstatement works) to mutual clients in the property insurance sector, expanding opportunities for both Parties whilst upholding the highest professional standards with aims of leveraging both industry companies’ expertise and core strengths. Silver Wolf Projects have been exclusively servicing the insurance industry since 2007, providing forensic engineering inspection, building consultancy, water ingress assessment, reinstatement specifications, dispute management, and expert reporting.

• Make-safe specifications and reporting to ensure immediate risk mitigation
• Preparation of repair specifications and scope of works, including structural design drawings for the reinstatement of damaged buildings
