Purpose:
To provide learners with knowledge of the principles
of industrial radiographic testing, and to gain a detailed
understanding of the hazards and safety procedures that must
be applied when using X-ray and gamma ray equipment.
The training provided on this course is accepted by the
following states for licensing requirements:

- South Australia
- Queensland
- New South Wales
- Western Australia
The training and examination provided on this course is

an appropriate examination supplied and accessed by the WA
Radiological Council.)

Maths (Algebra)
Note: A large percentage of the course syllabus is based
around the use of mathematics, in particular Algebra. Current
skills in at least Yr 10 maths is required.

General Exam (Closed Book)
20 Multiple Exam Questions
20 Short Answer Questions
Pass Mark 70%
